Who it is for

Most common

Already on medication, with no follow-up

the most frequent case

Your GP keeps renewing the prescription, but nobody is assessing whether the medication is still the right one, at the right dose. This is the situation of many people living abroad — and the one that benefits most from regular review.

Symptoms that will not shift

clinical assessment

Anxiety, depression or insomnia that persist despite psychological support, or that are severe enough to limit daily life. A psychiatric assessment clarifies whether medication is indicated.

Wanting to reduce or stop medication

supervised tapering

Particularly sleeping pills and anxiolytics taken for months or years. Reduction is done gradually and with a plan — never on your own initiative.

How it works

First consultation — 50 minutes. Clinical history, current medication, what you have already tried, and what is or is not working. You leave with an assessment and a proposed plan.

Regular follow-up. Review appointments at whatever interval your case calls for — dose adjustments, changes of medication, or simply confirming that things are stable.

Alongside psychology and hypnotherapy. Where it makes sense, medication is combined with psychotherapy. That is frequently the most effective approach, particularly in moderate to severe depression — and here both happen within the same clinic, with no running between providers.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a diagnosis before booking?

No. The consultation exists precisely to assess. Many people arrive not knowing whether what they feel warrants medication — and leaving knowing that it does not is a useful result too.

Is an online consultation the same as in person?

For psychiatric assessment and follow-up, yes. You need only a stable connection and a space where you can speak freely.

What if I do not want to take medication?

The decision is always yours. The consultation gives you the information to decide knowingly — risks, benefits, alternatives. Some presentations respond well to psychotherapy alone, and you will be told so.

Can I keep my doctor in the country where I live?

Yes, and it is recommended. Psychiatric follow-up with us does not replace your local family doctor — it works alongside them.

What about prescriptions, living abroad?

Prescriptions are issued as normal. The practical details depend on the medication involved and the country where you live, and we sort that out with you at the consultation.

How much does it cost?

The fee is confirmed at first contact, before anything is booked. Payment from any country: Wise, PayPal, MB Way or bank transfer.
